The Oskar Vogel Collection is presenting more than 120 exhibits from important German tractor manufacturers such as Lanz, Hanomag, Deutz, MAN, Eicher and Schlüter, in addition to machines produced by smaller manufacturers. Some milestones in the field of tractor development produced by IHC (-Mogul 12hp) and John Ford (model F) are on display aswell. The development of the agricultural handicraft is demonstrated by an original smith's shop and a sectional model of tractor. Besides charting the history of the tractor, the museum also provides a forum for fans and collectors of historical tractors.
The Oskar Vogel Collection is also including more than 10,000 miniature models. With its numerous steam-engines, tractors, cars and trucks the collection cannot fail to appeal to avid collectors of all ages. Besides the historical and actual models of German and American manufactures, handmade single pieces are also shown.
